Dr. Scotty Butcher, Ph.D.
Hello there, I'm Scotty Butcher, and my journey to Mind Body Strength Physiotherapy and Coaching has been a bit unconventional, but it's given me a unique lens through which to help you. With a PhD in Physiology and as a licensed Physiotherapist, I've spent years immersed in the science of the body. But my real passion ignited when I started exploring the profound connection between our physical being and our inner emotional world.
I've learned that a lot of chronic pain, stress, anxiety, fear, and trauma isn't just "in your head" or "all in your body"—it's a complex interplay. That's why I've dedicated myself to advanced training in the mind-body connection. What does this mean for you? It means I'm equipped to offer a truly integrated, evidence-based approach that speaks to your whole self. My goal isn't just to alleviate symptoms, but to empower you with the knowledge and tools to take control of your health, build lasting resilience, and live a life unburdened by pain and fear.
I have conquered my own 25+ year history of anxiety disorders and panic attacks.

Stacey Butcher
It’s me, hi, I'm the co-owner, it’s me… (it’s ok if you don’t get my Taylor Swift reference, we can still be friends).
I’m Stacey - the co-owner and organizational wizard at Mind Body Strength, dedicated to making sure our services run like a well-oiled machine. My background in HR Services and Payroll has given me a serious eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless systems, from managing our website and handling accounting to crafting our social media presence. My goal is simple: to ensure clear communication and simple processes so Scotty can fully focus on providing incredible client care.
Outside of keeping things humming at the clinic, my world revolves around my amazing five kids, our three fantastic cats, and a never-ending supply of coffee. You might also catch me singing along to Taylor Swift at the top of my lungs, or getting inspired by the brilliant themes of Disney's Zootopia (hello, diversity and inclusion!) and Inside Out (emotions for the win!).
