Our Approach
The mind and the body aren't two separate problems to solve. They're one system, and that's how I treat them.
My starting point is always understanding you — your history, your symptoms, and what your nervous system has been trying to do. From there, we draw on whatever combination of methods fits best: things like PRT, somatic tracking, biofeedback, breathwork, movement, and education.
This isn't a quick fix, and I won't pretend it is. But for most people, when the right pieces are in place and there's consistency in the work, things tend to shift in ways that last.
